Last June, the Nigerian Government indicated its interest in startups by announcing Aso Villa Demo Day, a two-part pitch event that gives startup founders the opportunity to pitch their ideas to the President.
The first pitch event happened in Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt, and the
Thirty startups made it to the finals, and they’ll be pitched to the President on a day that “will be communicated shortly. The finalists are:
