The Filmcity Inc Presents Suzanne Wenger 'Aduni Olorisha'. Its an historic film about the late Susanne Wenger also known as Adunni Olurisa, an Austrian artist who resided in Nigeria. Her main focus was the Yoruba culture and she was successful in building an artist cooperative in Osogbo Osun.
Wenger spent the rest of her life worshiping Osun after she became ill in Nigeria due to tuberculosis,which made her turn
to the Yoruba religion and became later a Yoruba priestess. She became
attracted to the religion after meeting one of the few remaining priests of the religion. She latter got married to a local drummer Ayansola Oniru. you can say she was attracted to nature, compassionate, generous and kind, a unique she understood the language of the trees, she became the focus of criticisms, her love for the goddess Osun which in turn metamorphosed in her becoming an Osun priestess.Oba Adenle named her Iwinfunmi Adunni Olorisha.
The movie Parades Artist such as affiz oyetoro(saka), Yemi Elebuibon , Londoner, Justina Onitchabor and Jessica a German woman who played the role of Suzanne Wenger.
Ojo Joshua said all is set for the premiere of his new movie Suzanne Wenger 'Aduni Olorisha' on the 24th July 2015.
