It’s easy to label every new thing that happens “a trend”, so let’s not. But seriously, there’s a ton of co-working spaces cropping up in Lagos of late. And the latest one is Cranium One, a space that is outfitted with glass-covered private offices, a “hot desk” that is intended to seat about ten roving co-workers, and fixed desks with inbuilt storage for the more permanent types who want flexibility without the accoutrements or costs of a private office.
