Capital Square |
Modupe is on a roll. I’ve not been around that long, but I was lucky to have been there in 2013 when Capital Square was still an empty, soon-to-be-complete construction site in Lekki. Since 2013 when she gave up the corporate world to cater to the brave new world of distributed work that people her age and younger now take for granted.
Modupe Macaulay used a combination of amazing space management, services, aesthetics and valuable programming to forge Capital Square into a brand that is now reaching closer into the heart of Lagos, with a new Ikoyi space that will open in July — The original Lekki operation is doing very well, and is at capacity even, but it’s out of reach for people who live in Lagos’ most active parts.
I can’t wait to see what The Studio from Capital Square looks like.
