Three young Nigerians,
Olanrewaju Adeloye, Imrana Alhaji Buba and Olumide Femi Makanjuola, have
done their country proud by becoming some of the recipients for the
2016 Queen’s Young Leaders Award.
The award ceremony recognises innovative minds from the 53 Commonwealth Nations, of which Nigeria is a member.
The
award recognises and celebrates exceptional people aged 18-29 from
across the Commonwealth, who are taking the lead in their communities
and using their skills to transform lives.
The
programme shall feature a week long mentorship activity, where
participants will have the opportunity to network with member states
awardees.
By the end of this, the participants
would have acquired more knowledge and support, in their bid to continue
the impact they have had on their communities.
