True friendship is not easy to come by these days especially with the high rate at which some people tend to get jealous over their neighbour’s success.


 One of those who have been able to maintain their friendship even after one of them got married is singers, Omawumi and Waje and over time, they have been able to manage their friendship through.

The two have been able to tolerate each other and Omawumi recently explained during Battabox's "Conversations with Labo" that Waje has been one person who has been able to understand her in the industry which is why they are still good friends.

In her words, “We are alike, we like the same thing, and we pray a lot. We do a lot of prays, a lot of God factor. We empower each other, encourage each other. We no dey jealous each other and then we celebrate each other, we understand each other. We try to be there for one another when either of us is sad."
